Diet enemy number one is hunger. No question about it. If we can conquer it, the reward will be more than generous. This is where Zotrim has assisted me, like a strong all powerful general at wars. Banishing my hunger without mercy. Okay, seriously, my view of Zotrim is just like that, well, almost.. :P . Truly one of the best diet pill I’ve ever tried.

In my one month of continuos use of Zotrim, I’ve managed to lose about 10 lbs of weight and reduce my waist to about 4 cm. That’s a very good achievement for me. And what’s I like with Zotrim is the packaging, it so small, the same as those mint candies people usually bring. So, what makes Zotrim so effective? I dig some research on the internet and give you the findings here.

Zotrim consists of a patented blend of Damiana, Guarana, and Yerba Mate. These all natural ingredients from South American plants work together to help us lose those unwanted pounds quickly, effectively and with no side effects. An international team of medical researchers develop and optimize the formulation through extensive research and testing. It’s covered by granted patents in many countries throughout Europe and in the US.

Let’s dig into the plants:

  1. Yerbe Mate (Ilex Paraguariensis); an evergreen tree, which grows widely in South America.  Its leaves are used to make a refreshing stimulating tea particularly in Paraguay and Argentina.
  2. Damiana (Turnera difusa); is a small bush native to Mexico and found elsewhere in Central America.  Its leaves have been used for several traditional food uses including as an aphrodisiac.
  3. Guarana (Paullinia cupana); is a creeping bush native to the Amazonian rain forests.  Its seeds are used to produce a stimulating drink similar to caffeine drinks. There is increasing evidence that guarana improves mental and cognitive performance

This blend of potent ingredients has a dual action mode, addresses both sides of the ‘eat-less calories’ and the ‘burn-off-more calories’ equation. Zotrim makes you feel full sooner during a meal so you tend to consume less at a meal. You will also feel more satisfied after a meal so an this will make you tend to snack less. With the caffeine-like effect Zotrim will help us to be more active thus burn more calories.

Zotrim is a clinically proven diet pill, an all natural diet pill, that’s receiving increased media exposure as well as having reached the shelves of mainstream stores such as Superdrug, Sainsbury’s and more. With the backing of medical experts and more than 11 million customers worldwide, Zotrim is simply the best diet pill of choice for those who want to lose fat effectively and safely.

In my research, I found many scientific studies about Zotrim, and all show the same good results. If you want to see one of the report I found, click here to download the research journal of Zotrim as an over-the-counter herbal weight management product (warning: boring long technical and medical mumbo-jumbo). Or you can just read the excerpt of the journal conclusion here:

C.H.S. Ruxton, F. Hinton, C.E.L. Evans,  “Effects of an over-the-counter herbal weight management product (Zotrim) on weight and waist circumference in a sample of overweight women: a consumer study.”

Conclusion:

This consumer study provides further evidence that an over-the-counter herbal weight management product (Zotrim) can help induce a statistically significant mean weight loss in a sample of overweight free-living women. The product also had a significant impact on waist circumference, an independent determinant of chronic disease risk. Both the weight and waist circumference changes over 4 weeks compare favourably with longer-term conventional weight management therapies.
