  1. Replace oil with beef/chicken broth or wine. You get extra flavor with no added fat.
  2. Mozzarella cheese has half the calorie of cheddar cheese. So you know which one to choose.
  3. Avoid deep-frying, bake instead. Do you want a crispy-coated food and meat with no additional fat? Here is how to make it without deep-frying: add a beaten egg to your food and put in plastic bag. To coat; roll the pieces in breadcrumbs then add them to a baking tray.
  4. Always use soft cheeses such as cottage cheese instead of full cheese in pasta dishes.
  5. Reduce beef’s fat content by half, without affecting its flavor, by rinsing it down in hot water. Do it after it has drained and browned.
