Celery 1 rib
Carrots 5
Cucumber 1/2
Beet 1/2
Run all through your juicer. Add a touch of fresh ginger, if you prefer a juice with more bite.
Minty Apple Carrot
Apple 1 medium sized
Carrots 5 small
Celery 1 stalk
Mint leaves 6-7
Lemon juice of half lemon
Put all in the blender and blend it thoroughly.
Stomach Filler
Cucumber, skin and all, 1 small
3 celery stalks, including the leaves
1 medium apple, cored
2 tablespoons of flavorless protein powder
Blend it thoroughly.
